Senator Asif Ali Zardari condoles
death of Nazar Kiyani
Islamabad April 5, 2008: PPP Co-Chairman Senator
Asif Ali Zardari has condoled the death of former Party leader and MNA Syed
Nazar Husain Kiyani.
Syed Nazar Hussain Kiyani who died early this week was a staunch Party
follower and a Bhutto loyalist until he chose to follow a different path
after the 2002 elections. He has been a member of the National and
Provincial Assemblies and also in charge of the central secretariat of the
Party in Islamabad for sometime.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the members of the bereaved family in this
difficult hour, Senator Zardari said in his condolence message to the widow
of the late Kiyani.
The PPP Co-Chairman prayed for eternal peace to the soul of Nazar Kiyani and
fortitude to the members of bereaved family to bear the loss with
equanimity.
